Keeping a cat that loves plastic bags safe

Our Angel Prince loves to lick Plastic bags and I really never could figured it out why until I read this article. I just figured it was an issue problem not nothing to do with his diet. But now, it makes me wonder even though he does seem to have a lot anxiety as well. We will soon find out when I take him to the Vet, in couple months.
